Can you give an estimate for residential window cleaning before you come to my home? 

Yes. I can give you a range bound estimate over the phone based on:

1. Window count (Standard windows, Sliding Glass Doors, Fixed windows)
2. Type of windows (i.e. Divided Windows, French Windows, French Doors etc)
3. A combination windows count in additions of square footage of your home.

How often should I have my windows cleaned? 

That depends on personal preference and location. Rule of thumb would be, 2 times a year.

1. Any normal home we recommend the windows cleaned 2 times a year.
2. For homes near the ocean, we recommend 3-4 or more times a year.
3. Commercial buildings / Businesses and Shop Owners, however, require frequent cleaning- varying from once a month, twice a month, once a quarter and so forth.

What if it rains? 

You do not have to worry about it. We provide a 48 hour rain guarantee for outside windows affected by rain. For example, South side of home, West side of home, etc.

Are windows that are stained or have hard water spots more difficult (and expensive) to clean? 

Yes. Normally, hard water is very difficult to remove if there are years of accumulated calcium build up. In such case, razor blades are used to remove as much “hard water” as possible.

What can I expect during your technician’s visit?

Our technicians are professional window cleaners with 10+ years experience in the business. We have cleaned literally 1000’s of homes and businesses in the San Diego area.

Do I need to do anything to get ready for your technicians?

Generally, a rule of thumb would be… to move small furniture, picture frames from window sills and ledges, lamps, end tables away from windows, etc.. Our technicians will deal with larger couches and desks. Will there be any mess to clean up afterward? Not from our end, we use large drop cloths and wipe up any residual water, if any.

Does someone need to be home while you are cleaning my windows?

Not necessarily, but we will need to have access to the inside of the home. However, customers are usually home, especially if it is a first time service to build trust and rapport with the customer. Again, it is personal preference for the customer.

How long will you be washing my windows?

This is dependent upon the amount of windows and size of the home. Generally, it takes between 2-4 hours.

What does your typical window cleaning service include? And do you have any advanced window cleaning packages?

Our typical cleaning service includes, cleaning of interior and exterior windows, screens, wiping of tracks, and frames of newer vinyl windows. An advanced window cleaning package would include, vacuuming of tracks, or an in depth track cleaning. Additional charges would apply.
